About Volunteering at the Redwood Coast Village

Volunteers provide a wide range of services coordinated by our central office. They use their talents and skills to help others, knowing that some day each of us may need support. We encourage Village members to volunteer if they are able. For more information Click Here for the RCV Handbook.

VOLUNTEERING IS FREE AND YOU DEFINE YOUR OWN HOURS

Work directly with Members!

Help to run the Village

Drive Members to appointments, shopping and social events

Help with light fix-it jobs

Occasional pet care

Light yard work and chores

Help with home technology (PC or Macs, email, cell phones, TV, etc)

Help bring in a bag of groceries

Make personal check-in calls to members

Friendly visit, card games, neighborhood walks

Follow up after hospitalization
