Become a Volunteer

Welcome to Redwood Coast Village (RCV)! We are excited that you are interested in becoming a volunteer.

You don't have to be a member of the Village to volunteer. There is no cost to becoming a volunteer and there are no time requirements. You decide the times and assignments you want to do! The minimum age to be a volunteer is 18.

Steps to Becoming a Volunteer

2) We will contact you to schedule an orientation.

3) After the orientation you will have a background check. After that you will be entered into the volunteer database and begin helping your friends and neighbors.

Background Check

For the safety of our staff, members and volunteers, age 18 and over, will have background checks from a nationally recognized security company, which provides online volunteer screening and background checks for nonprofits and service organizations.
